“I remind you, I’ll mutate the unit’s official for those who work lazily,” he said, Wednesday (4/6).

Basuki will also mutate unruly echelon III and IV officials such as mayor and its staff.

He admitted has no worry to look for human resource. According to him, many young-talented human resources want to work as civil servants.
